Breathwork is a safe simple breathing technique which gives you the opportunity to see and change limiting thoughts and patterns from the past, which may be restricting you from living life in the present. Breathwork is a safe simple breathing technique promoting deep levels of relaxation and peace. By using smooth connected breaths, energy is built up and taken into the body where it dissolves and releases blockages and tension. It is recommended that you commit to a number of sessions (at least 2 with optimal being 6 to 10) to achieve maximum results. The initial session lasts for approximately 3 hours and any subsequent sessions last for 2 hours. After a number of sessions you can gain the skill to rebirth yourself and therefore have a powerful tool to manage your own health and wellbeing.
