body clockHOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOUR BODY”s  CLOCK?

I often get clients in that tell me they wake at 2am every day. In most cases the client is unaware that this is a signal that something is happening in there body.

Let me explain this to you, see our body is working all the time, it never stops. So when a person wakes consistently at a particular time it is telling me that a particular organ (or muscle) is needing attention.

Take for example my client waking at 2am, this is the time the body shuts down to work on the Liver, so in this case if he/she has not got an injured Peck muscle I would look at supporting their Liver.

Lets get another example, say they woke at 4am everyday. This then would be directing me to a lung (respiratory)  condition or the anterior serratus muscle.  So you see every hour (or section) of the day the body is working on a particular region of the body.

Our body’s are truly amazing, but it is up to us to listen to the signs.

AM Regions

1-3AM   Liver

3-5AM   Lung

5-7AM  Large Intestine

7-9AM  Stomach

9-11AM  Spleen

11Am – 1PM    Heart

PM REGIONS

1-3 PM    Small Intestine

3-5PM     Bladder

5-7PM     Kidneys

7-9PM     Circulation/sex

9-11PM    Triple warmer

11PM- 1AM    Gall Bladder

I hope this gives you more of a picture of how smart your body is, and hopefully you will have a better knowledge to understand its signals to you.

Attached is a diagram of the times along with the muscles for your interest.
